Delivery Information

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery shall be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering. While collecting your order, please ensure you bring a valid photo ID along with a copy of your product. If you are unable to collect your order within 15 days of purchase, your order will be cancelled and payment refunded. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. We aim to deliver within 4-6 days.

In the unlikely event the item(s) you ordered is not available, we will contact you immediately.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR DELIVERY-

1.    Carrier Delivery- If you are not at home when the carrier attempts to deliver your order, the carrier will leave a card.

2.    Damaged or defective orders – In this case you can contact us directly and we will try our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

3.    Missing Invoices – Within 4-6 days of your order being delivered, you should receive an official invoice by e-mail. 

 

RETURNS 

When you return goods to us:

1.    When the goods supplied are defective, we will first examine the returned goods in order to assess your entitlement to a refund.

2.    Because you have cancelled the contract between us within the fourteen-day cooling-off period.

3.    All returned items must be unused and unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

4.    Shipping charges shall be non-refundable.
